How does Aro fit the way my gym works?

Does Aro file GST returns or give tax advice?
No. Billing & GST is designed for deterministic configuration, documents, registers and reconciliation. Filing and professional tax advice remain outside Aro.
Can a group user see every gym’s member data at once?
No. The portfolio is aggregate-only. Detailed work begins only after secure entry into a selected gym.
What happens when AI credits run out?
Core gym, billing, tax and portfolio workflows continue. Generative features fall back to deterministic summaries, templates or manual work.

Aro was founded by Vidya Bidarahalli — entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast, based in Bengaluru.
Years of watching Indian studios and trainers run the whole operation out of their head — schedules, payments, attendance and every member’s progress scattered across WhatsApp threads, paper diaries, and memory — led to one question: what would running a studio look like if everything just lived in one place? Aro is the answer.
